Customer Preparations

• All prints must be loose
• If needed in specific order, customer must sort accordingly
• Remove all tape, staples and paper clips
• Original size must be at least 3x3 and no larger than 8x10
• No slides or negatives
• Copyrighted pictures cannot be scannned without a release on file
• Must be in fair condition, not warped or torn
• Scanned as is: fingerprints, scratches, ink or discoloration will not be repaired
